The importance of a physically fit and healthy body and mind is stressed in our physical education program. Emphasizing life-long fitness and wellness, the physical education instructor, Mrs. Dena Forbus, has designed an exciting and fun program for students of all ages. Over the course of the year, students participate in the President’s Physical Fitness Program which focuses on individual improvement in specific areas of fitness. In addition, students are taught lead-up skills for a variety of sports. Our goal is to teach fitness through play and structured activities so children may live long, healthy, productive lives that glorify God.
